Chesterfield Potato Day Pre-Orders Now Open

Chesterfield’s 11th annual Potato Day is now taking pre-orders on its website. You have until 6th December to place your order for seed potato, a range of other seeds and gardening sundries. There are 42 varieties of seed potato to choose from and orders can be collected from a shop unit in Chesterfield’s Pavements shopping centre on Saturday 26th January 2019. Pre-order prices are cheaper than on-the-day prices.s
 
Potato Day aims to help local people grow their own food and is also Transition Chesterfield’s biggest annual fundraiser. www.potatoday.org.uk
 
If you live further south and can’t pick up your order form Chesterfield, then it is also possible to collect from Loughborough market place, via an event organised by Transition Loughborough. To do this, place your order through the same website and then drop an email to info@potatoday.org.uk to say you would like to collect from Loughborough.
