Nottingham City Council is a Climate Champion Finalist

Nottingham City Council is a finalist in the Guardian Public Service Awards because of it’s work on climate change. The council ring fences its workplace parking levy for renewable transport projects, puts solar panels on all council homes, has the world’s largest fleet of biogas double decker buses and is aiming to plant at least 10,000 trees by 2023.
