Prince Charles Urges Businesses to Sign Terra Carta Pledge to Put Planet First

To mark his 50 years of environmental campaigning, Prince Charles urged businesses to join his ‘Terra Carta’ which launched at the One Planet Summit (11th January). Companies supporting the launch of the Terra Carta include BlackRock, Bank of America, and HSBC.
This Magna Carta-style project aims to raise £7bn to invest in the health of the planet and people by 2022 through the newly created Natural Capital Investment Alliance.
The sustainable finance charter ask signatories to agree to almost 100 actions to become more sustainable by 2030, such as supporting international climate agreements.
