Transition Buxton Offering Free Home Energy Appraisals

A group of trained volunteers from Transition Buxton are offering free home energy appraisals to local householders. Reducing the energy we use at home is a big part of improving our carbon footprint and increasing our resilience. If we improved the thermal efficiency of our homes we’d be warmer and happier, and we’d save money. Knowing where to start is hard; what to prioritise and how much it will cost.
The volunteers involved have been trained by Marches Energy Agency (MEA) and can offer impartial advice. This is a great chance to get your home ready for winter whilst the sun is still shining. Request a visit.
