On June 25th, XR Nottingham took to the streets to highlight the Climate Change Committee ('CCC') report and to deliver letters to local MPs asking them to speak out publicly on the governments inaction in taking any responsibility to address the climate crisis. They have lots of interesting workshops, talks and trainings listed on their website.
This Saturday 11th July, there is a ‘Rebel Picnic’ from 2-5pm at the Arboretum (near the bandstand). This is a chance to listen, ask questions and meet current Nottingham rebels. They are also planning a bike-friendly green-themed action for the 25th July.
