Plastic Free Chesterfield is holding a festival to encourage you to reduce your single-use plastics.
Discover stalls from Plastic Free Champion businesses, information stalls on recycling and repair, and recycling craft demonstrations from Junction Arts. Enjoy delicious food & drink and fantastic live performances from Helen Mort (Derbyshire’s Poet Laureate), the Chesterfield Garland Dancers, and more.
No single-use plastics will be given out during the event. Visitors are advised to bring their own reusable bags, bottles, coffee cups, and containers.
They are still looking for volunteers to help make the festival a success, with great roles to gain experience in a customer facing and serving role.
