Community Climate Action Conference

In autumn 2008 we ran two succesful conferences for groups and individuals tackling climate change in their own communities. Both conferences were attended by over 50 people, from a total of around 70 different groups and organisations.

The two conferences followed the same format, with three speakers in the morning, and Open Space workshops in the afternoon. Topics covered included renewable energy technologies, science of climate change, funding for projects, getting people on board, and much more... We also enjoyed great locally sourced lunches and lots of time for networking. For details of each conference, see the links below.
