As a follow on to our Community Climate Action conferences, we organised two study tours for community groups and individuals to see successful community projects first hand. Both tours have now taken places, but we're looking at the possibility of organising further tours in 2009. 

Torrs Hydro study tour New Mills, Derbyshire Sunday 30th November 2008, 11am – 2:30pm Torrs Hydro is a new community-owned hydro electricity project in the Peak District. Click here for pictures, presentations and notes from the day, and for information about Torrs Hydro.

Hockerton Housing Project study tour  Southwell, Nottinghamshire Wednesday 28th January 2009, 11am – 3pm Hockerton Housing is a pioneering housing project in rural Nottinghamshire.
