This section of the website will take you through the various practical things you can do to save energy, money and carbon.

Whether you want to:

• Save money on your energy bills
• Make your home warmer and cheaper to heat…

or all of the above, there’s plenty to get your teeth stuck into. We’ve included something for all budgets (including no budget!)

One thing to bear in mind: it makes sense, both financially and to save carbon, to try to use less energy (be energy efficient) before you try to generate your own energy. The less you are using the less you’ll need to generate. So, for example, insulate before you get solar panels.
