This regional Fixfest is for anyone interested in reducing waste i.e. those who run or are considering setting up a Repair Café, repairers & fixers, upcyclers, waste reduction activists, policy-makers, and organisations in the East Midlands interested in moving towards a circular economy.

There will be space to display project ideas — either current or proposed.

Sessions include:

• Networking for Repair Café volunteers
• How to start up a Repair Café
• Beginners Guide to Electronics (Hands-on-sessions)
• Sewing Machine Maintenance
