Forest Gardens are multi-layered edible gardens that take their inspiration from natural woodlands.  They are designed to be low-maintenance and highly productive in fruit, nuts, perennial edibles, herbs and other resources such as craft materials, dyes and even string.

The morning session will guide you through the theory of forest gardens. Lunch will include forest garden produce and a chance to taste some more unusual varieties. In the afternoon experience a tour of a six year old forest garden which has a wide range of fruit, vegetables and craft materials.
