London South Bank University presents its third webinar in its Climate Emergency debates Series.

This 2-hour webinar will see a panel of industry leaders and academics scrutinise the fiscal, technological, and legacy issues that are shaping the UK’s urgent race to decarbonise the nation’s heat. Active participation is encouraged.

Speakers include:

  • Dr Jan Rosehow - Principal & European Programme Director - Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP) on Domestic Heat - the Cinderella Policy.
     
  • Mark Hewitt - Director of ICAX questions why we are still looking at national solutions when we should be ‘Going Local’ and ‘Going Electric’.
     
  • Dr Graeme Hawker - Research Fellow - Future Energy Systems, University of Strathclyde brings us ‘Predictably Unpredictable: when Simulation meets Human Nature,’ and why the human factor might throw a lot of cost modelling into disarray.
