New addition to Transition Buxton's 'Hard to Recycle' recycling scheme!

In July, Transition Buxton placed special collecting bins for recycling in two supermarkets in Buxton. Currently, you can find these bins near the exit to Sainsbury’s on the Market Place and by the Café entrance in Morrison’s. They are pleased to announce the special bins can now accept any clean plastic cheese wrapper that is similar to the ones used by Cathedral City for their cheddar cheese.

Each stack of bins has three sections clearly labelled. Please use the correct bin for your items. The full list of items currently able to be recycled through this scheme can be found on their website or on the bins themselves.
